Basic Fee, Memorial Gathering or Reception, Anatomical Donation
The Basic Fee ($1742.50) includes:
  • Transportation from hospital or nursing home ( fees may apply for other locations), record and file legal documents, transportation to crematorium,  CPP forms completed by our staff and packaged for mailing.($1215)
  • Coroners fee, cremation fee ($510)
  • Provincial levy and Municipal registration fee ($42.50)
  • Temporary container from crematorium for cremated remains (no charge)
The Memorial, Gathering or  Reception - family on own ($425) includes:
  •  a registry and 25 thank you cards ($75)
  • Use of Mt. Pleasant chapel for an hour ($225)
  • clergy honorarium ($150)
Anatomical Donation -  ($852.50) includes:
  • Transportation from hospital or nursing home ( fees may apply for other locations), record and file legal documents, coordinate with department of anatomy staff and transportation to University of Western Ontario, Department of Anatomy.($810)
  • CPP forms completed by our staff and packaged for mailing.
  • Provincial levy and Municipal registration fee ($42.50)
Witnessing of Cremation - Witnessing the cremation is possible at one of the crematoriums. Please call us for details about this facility ($75)
Identification - In some circumstances you may wish to identify your loved one prior to cremation. This is possible at London Cremation Services at a prearranged date and time (No Charge)

G.S.T. has been added  to all "calculator" fees where applicable.
