Stephen graduated from Hillfield-Strathallen College, Hamilton and attended Ryerson Polytechnic Institute, Chemical Engineering Technology in the 1980’s.His soul searching for a fulfilling career in health care/social working lead him to Humber College, funeral services. Stephen's initial career experience in funeral services was achieved at various funeral homes in Toronto, Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton and finally 4 years in the Tokyo, Japan area. While in Japan, Stephen studied Japanese funeral business practice and customs and his research has been published by the Canadian Funeral Director Magazine. Much of the customer service and integrity of Japanese business has become the foundation of London Cremation Services, making it the most successful business of its kind in Ontario. Stephen has been married for 20 years and has a son and a Great Dane. His acute attention to detail may be seen in various stained glass lamps in his home or wood model ships that he built and currently displays at the London Cremation office. Stephen is a member of the Fanshawe Optimist club. Stephen's technical ability often serves as a diversion to funeral services in building and repairing computers or playing the guitar. In the summer he enjoys long distance cycling.

Joe is originally from Woodstock, but has called London home since 1989 after completing a four year tour with the Canadian military in C.F.B. Petawawa. Shortly after his arrival in London he started work at Brinks Security, a job that he continues to enjoy on a part time basis.  Graduating from the Humber College Funeral Service Education Program in 1999, Joe has been employed at several London funeral homes, retaining many friends along the way. Joe started with London Cremation in 2007.  He lives with his wife, two sons, and three cats.  Joe’s love of sculpting, science fiction-fantasy movies, and 80’s music, is well known to his peers.

Dwight has a decade of experience as office administrator. His expertise in desktop publishing and attention to detail precludes him to creating masterful memorial DVD’s and stationary. Dwight’s patience and computer diagnostic ability often helps to reduce the stress level that technology can bring with it. Dwight is married with three children. Dwight enjoys walking and caring for his Bouvier des Flanders and spending time with his family.

John has been a part time member of staff as a supplement to a well earned retirement since 1998. He brings with him a wealth of experience from assisting his brother for many years in the family funeral home, Alexander Funeral Home in Chatham. John is a master welder by trade but able to build and repair anything he sets his mind to. In his retirement years John has taken to building tall sailing ship models as a way to pass the time between calls and filling in for staff on holidays etc.
